It's been a while since being back here but I have been getting my head down and studying David Bullock's Taguchi testing strategies. I have used Taguchi offline when I worked for a cinema company to test everything from customer flows to film trailers.
Most companies don't invest money into something if they have no facts about what works and what doesn't. This is the same as their (and your) online business.
I heard Russell talk about David briefly in one of his podcasts and wanted to find out a bit more about him and his 'product'. This for me was the missing link from building a site that works for the search engines to more importantly a site that works for the customers.
I think that with the new Kraken software to research a market and build a solid site. Jerry West & Mr Black for SEO love and with David Bullock's testing philosophy to convert customers into money then this is potentially the Holy Grail for internet marketing.
I'm looking forward to connecting the dots and test, test and test again.
